Pre-Order products will be delivered to you within 2-3 weeks following the delivery date specified on the sales page of the relevant product. EXCHANGE & REFUND
BABY'S GIFT accepts your exchange requests for unused products notified in writing within 14 days from the date the products you have purchased are delivered to you. However, as online shopping is prepared on order, it is not possible to refund. It is not possible to exchange and refund special orders made in accordance with the request of our customers.
Products requested for replacement must be returned as shipped, without defects and in their original package / accessories. For defective or defective products, a written notification must be made to the BABYICIN GIFT within 2 days from the delivery date.
